Holiday Shopping

The holiday season always seems to be a good time to hit the thrift stores. I think it's the time of year that houses get a good cleaning to make room for everything new! That's good news for those of us that search out the old, and that's just what I've been doing. Here's a few of the items that I've recently acquired.

Isn't this vintage chalkware santa bank wonderful? He still has the plastic stopper in the base!

Made in Japan Toby mug and elf mug!

Lots of miscellaneous kitchen stuff and glassware. Here's some Shenango China restaurant ware, a Anchor Hocking juice carafe, some Japanese rice bowls, and Buffalo China.

So while everyone else is shopping for the holidays, maybe you should do some vintage treasure hunting at the thrift stores!
